Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the cat bed back into its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is free of pet hair or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
